Right now, if I want to call from a Third Party Phone System (Aloware, for this example), I had to open the Contact and call from there. In the Inbox, it will always says Third Party is Not Available. However, once I changed the call option from Contact and keep the window tab option, I come back to Inbox in a different window tab and refresh it. Alloware becomes an default option for every conversation in the Box. But if I close the Contact window, that option is no longer availble. I'm unsure why it is set up this way. Third Party Phone System Integrations should be available from the Inbox.
