Need a repeatable & reliable way to capture all opt-outs and hard-bounces. There is currently no clear filter critieria that can be used to identify those who previously may have bounced or opted-out vs. those that are currently opted-out and hard-bounced outside of exporting the bounces and unsubscribes data from the Email section to create a Static List which is not substainable. There should be a way to pull this into a smart list and/or a contact setting that can be referenced. So I'm using a competitors CRM and their CRM automatically searches LinkedIn and adds the persons LinkedIn profile URL link and also pulls their photo from LinkedIn and adds it to their contact card.   HubSpot doesn't do this.  Which is a pity.     If HubSpot did this it would be much better.   ...read more

Some businesses benefit from entering 2 different email addresses for a single contact. For now, they create a custom property "secondary email", but if someone fills in a form with this secondary email, they have to manually merge the contact every time. ...read more

Ideas forum: http://ideas.hubspot.com/forums/76407-general-hubspot-ideas/suggestions/5144022-being-able-to-order-the-email-types-on-subscriptio   Having the ability to reorder the Email Types would definitely be very useful for all marketers!   The main reason being: if you have many different email types on the subscription page, there's no easy way for a user to select the exact email type to unsubscribe from. It's much easier for them to scroll down and unsub from everything which we want to avoid.   A good solution would be to display the email type of the email that they clicked from at the top, and then have all other types below that one so that the page will vary depending on which email type they clicked on.   If anyone has suggestions on workarounds right now, I'd love to hear them. ...read more

I'd like to be able to automatically calculate the annual or total contract value from a series of inputs e.g. deal unit volume x unit cost x term. (Ideally I'd like to be able to add cost indexation but that's another point)   Can you not make a calculable property field in deals that uses basic maths parameters, add, multiply, divide to create an output field that can then be used to create reports ?    It seems a very simple feature, perhaps even chargeable $x per month or only turned on with the reporting package but seems a quick and easy option to add into the property fields. ...read more

Some countries like France have laws that make the unsubscribe link mandatory, but not the physical address of the company. For those countries, it would be nice to be able to remove the physical address of the company in newsletters and some kinds of automated workflows. ...read more
