I'd like to have the option of creating dependent fields in Support Forms. This is a "must have" if the support form will bring any value to us. Today there is only one support form available in Service hub. We need the possibility to add more than the default support form currently available. This is a "must have" for us as we cannot cover all aspects of our businness in one support form.    Any ideas on when multiple forms will be available? ... Mehr anzeigen

The maximum limit of 100MB per file is not nearly large enough if we are to include file uploads as part of our support form.   Our visitors will often need to include files many times larger than that if the Support File Upload will be of any value.   We would happily pay extra for a functionality that allowed us to recieve files of 100GB+ as it would be of great value.   Any suggestions on how we can sove this? ... Since we're a SaaS company working with both monthly and annual offerings when creating a new quote what we'd like to do is show the monthly prices in the products section of the quote but since the term involved is for 12 months we'd like to show the total cost in the bottom line.   For this purpose in the products section the unit prices are input as monthly recurring and the term length is set to 1 year.   This way we have the possibility to toggle between monthly and annual total in the products section of the deal but the same feature isn't illustrated as such for quotes. The total only updates based on the period for which the product duration/term had been set. This can cause confusion for our customers. Currently one workaround is setting the product terms as annual, but that makes our prices less transparent.   Would be nice if the same visual representations which are already present in the Products section of HS are available in Quotes as well. ... We require that all of the systems/online services used by our sales teams require single sign on (SSO).   Giving hundreds of people across the country the ability to sign in to Hubspot (or any other service) with a simple email address and password is too much of a security risk. (Even with the ability to toggle Hubspot user permissions based on ownership.)   The new Hubspot to Salesforce integration displays a visualforce module that requires our Salesforce users to have Hubspot accounts. But during the Hubspot user setup process, they have the option to create a password.    We need SSO to be the only way to access our Hubspot portal both via a web browser and Salesforce.    If we can not require SSO we will need to revert to a previous version of the Salesforce integration.  ... Using the Sales Content Analytics (BETA).  The reporting on sequences is great.  Would love to be able to sort or view how many contacts have been added into a sequence by user versus just the total enrolled over a given period of time.  Can you add a "By User" button as you have in the "Templates" Analytics? ... "Activity type" workflow condition is fairly new and it doesn't allow for re-enrollment trigger.    There are many instances whereby users want to track sales emails being sent to contacts and to reenroll contacts into the workflow to create tasks for follow-up, etc.    It will really help if "Activity type" allows for reenrollment to pull in contacts into the same workflow multiple times.  ... Currently have to download an email's attachments one-by-one inside the CRM. This takes a long time - especially on the support side where there are multiple images or documents attached - and would be much more efficient if all email attachments could be downloaded together in bulk (like Gmail/Outlook).   For each download the destination folder has to be selected each time, which ends up taking much longer than if all the files could get into the destination folder together.
