After hubspot announcement of multi currency support, we updated our product gallery to allow for this. After some tinkering, we were on track to use multiple currencies for our deals. However, now we realize the deal forecast report (on which we rely heavily) does the forecasting based on the deal amount, without taking exchange rates into consideration. This means that if I have a usd deal (ex rate = 1), uyu deal (ex rate = 0.03), it will sum both amounts as absolute values, which means the forecast is all wrong.   With the help of the support team we've created a custom report that adds the forecast for each stage, but it is not exactly the same, and we already use some custom reports, which means adding another is not an option.   ...read more

You're probably working on this already, but we'd like to have more options for displaying the data in the analytics tools.    Currently in the 'Totals' view, you can only see a cumulative number on the reports. I think it would be good to be able to pause a sequence. Sometimes you put a prospect on a sequence and things happen... illness, weather (hurricanes) and there is no sense continuing sending them emails and making calls when you know they aren't going to be there. I think it would be good to be able to pause them and schedule them to restart at a later date... Thoughts? ...read more

Closing tickets is inconsistent and very clunky.   There are far to many screens and they are inconsistent in functionality. 1. If we edit the ticket and choose close at the top of that ticket edit screen, we are prompted to enter the resolution. 2. If we close via the right side of the screen in the Inbox view, it will close the ticket but  there is no prompt for resolution. 3. If we close the ticket from the top of the inbox screen (i.e. Mark as Closed), the ticket will be closed, but the ticket status remains in the "new" ticket state.   So, as mentioned, clunky, and inconsistent in functionality.   Hoping for a quick, consistent, resolution.  ...read more

We have big problems to notice when a visitor is chatting with us, the sound is not enough at all, and notifications are not enough.   We suggest to use another way to notify, maybe a native software app to manage chats, I don't know, but we are missing many chats due to low volume, hubspot tab closed by error and other things that with other softwares as LiveChat Inc we were not facing. ...read more
