Very basic feature tbh.   I just want to see my WHOLE pipeline including who it belongs to (4 sales staff) so I can see where each person is in their sales process. Many customers who request to be deleted per GDPR want confirmation that their request has been actioned. As HubSpot deletes absolutely everything about this contact, it is not possible to provide this.   Could we please have the ability to specify an email that could be sent to the customer when HubSpot servers are at their fianl stage of deletion (says it can take up to 30 days). It could be that HubSpot deletes all data except the email address, sends the email, and then deletes the email address. This would not necessarily confirm that it had been completed, but at least we could tailor a message that it was actually being actioned by the servers. ...その他を表示

I create Workflows for buyers as content comes out from the marketing team and it's not always someting that can be timed. Often, my contacts run through my Workflow before I have the chance to add in new content. I'll add a wait of a specific amount of time but if I don't remember to push it out, the contacts flow through and then end in the workflow.  It would be great if there was a "waiting room" type feature that contacts could sit in a Workflow until the next step was added.  ...その他を表示

We have recently onboarded 10 new staff and I am setting up template folders for them. I need to clone several templates into these folders and was wondering if there are any shortcuts (i.e. cloning a template into several folders at once) instead of having to clone each template into each folder one by one. I have just recently started using Hubspot and I find the user interface incredibly yanky, to a point where I find it a pretty big distraction.   Some examples 1. Opening the contacts list https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/XXXX/contacts/list/view/all/ there are something like 14 repaints. The early ones are the major yanks, where the layout reflows. Later ones update one part of the UI or another. Contact Owner and Associated Company icons take three paints to get the final version.   2. Opening Deals page The icons/avatars are not shown initially and the repaint causes the whole pipeline board to reflow  - one big yank. One yardstick in this respect is Trello, where the layout is similar. No yankiness there.   3. Opening Deal sidebar Several major reflows, including the sidebar header area initially empty. Clicking another Deal to display in the sidebar flashes briefly a blank sidebar.   4. Opening a Deal page from Deals pipeline view About 10 reflows / panels updating.    This was the best category I could find for my gripe - so the "idea" is to make it less yanky: - cut down on the number of repaints, even at the expense of delaying some updates - example: the deal sidebar header is fixed size, why isn't it sized like that initially     ...その他を表示
