I originally sent a document as an attachment to a contact. Now I want to add that doc to my HS Documents. Currently, in the Outlook plugin, you can add the BCC address to add the email thread to Hubspot, but there is also a forward address.   Sometimes I need to forward an email to HubSpot and it requires me to go into the HubSpot settings to find the address.    I would like to have a box I can check when forwarding an email, that will allow me to select the forward address for Hubspot to save me time.     ...read more

When I go to create a task, and it lets me select when it's due, (tomorrow, 2 businessdays, 3 businessdays, 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc...) the 1 month is broken and it annoys me every single time I go to select it.  Today for instance, I went to select 1 month for a task, and it set as January 1st  This is not correct.  1 month from now is January 4th.  Your system has it set up that 1 month equals 4 weeks, and in the real world, that is not the case.  Please fix this problem.  ...read more

The main reason for this would be to allow only tickets that are currently open to be shown against a contact.  We work with the same contacts a lot to support their organisations and they can have, over time 100's or 1000's of tickets. However they only ever have a few open ones.  When we're working in the contact record to support them, we'd like to be able to focus on just the open ones so that we can go through these with them. \ I know we can see the tickets in filtered view, but that is another click away and takes us away from the contact record.
