Hello, Would it be possible to ensure that when we put text in bold in the content editor it is in tags <strong>?   Currently the rich text editor applies an element.style which places bold text in a span tag with style = bold. We have built a flow that includes asking for the user to enter an email address should we lose them or they leave. However, if they don't leave one or even wish to the system will keep asking them. The ideal solution would be if asked two/three times the system recognises this and lets them proceed to live chat.  Of course, we could leave this as open non associated entry, but that's not ideal. ...read more

Our technical support frequently attaches .yml files in responses to support requests, as .yml is our main configuration-file format, e.g., in the Docker universe. Unfortunately, the extension is "not supported" by the email editor, so they cannot just attach these files:   Instead, our support agents have to either first zip the file or upload it elsewhere to share a link, both of which is rather inconventient for less-than-1kb files.   Since .json is among the supported file formats, I don't really see why .yml isn't (or shouldn't be). It would be extremely beneficial to introduce conditional properties based on the selection of the "Closed Lost Reason" in HubSpot. Currently, it's not possible to display additional fields or properties once a specific "Closed Lost Reason" is chosen.   For example, if the "Closed Lost Reason" is set to "Too expensive," I would like to trigger another dropdown or property where we can specify more detailed reasons behind the "Too expensive" selection (e.g., "Too expensive due to minimal fee", "Postponed due to lack of budget", etc.).   This feature would enable us to collect more granular data on why deals are lost, allowing for better analysis and more informed decision-making. I'm trying to create a list of members who have given 25 donations to our org. But when I filter by "number of associated deals", it ropes in people who have paid for or received free online courses which are in a totally separate deals pipeline.  How do I create a reliable count of the people who have made 25 successful donations and filter out anyone who has not had 25 donations   UPDATE: I think I figured out a solution using a calcuation rollup   Nevertheless, I do think the original request should be possible.  ...read more

I manage Hubspot for a client. Recently we discovered the Wordpress plugin connection that is authorised by my login with their Wordpress had disconnected. We did not know this had occurred for some time, only the absence of form submissions alerted us. Not notifications or alerts are sent in this instance. This resulted in no lead enquiries coming through for an unacceptable period of time, and this has been confirmed to have lost my client business. Disconnection can be seen clearly in the Wordpress account, but this is both siloed to those with website admin access, and also passive and needs someone to visually inspect the connection within Wordpress to know it has disconnected. We also do not know what caused the disconnection.   We see better management of the status of the connection and the ability to manage some sort of push or email notification to some person as a priority.  The Social Media account connection within the Socials menu notifies the user when reauthorization is required, but there is nothing for a connection to the Hubspot-managed Wordpress plugin.   We would be happy for a notification to an email set in the plugin within Wordpress, or a notification within Hubspot to the account owner connected or to Super Admins. Within our HubSpot instance, we've added hidden UTM fields on our forms to capture conversion details. However, this functionality is not avaialbe for HubSpot meeting forms.   So, my request is to be able to add hidden fields and conditional logic to meeting forms.
