When I send an email, and then I (or someone in my organization) opens that message, it should NOT show as "OPENED". The same rule should apply for "Clicked" when it's myself or someone in my organization. I love the new addition of being able to comment on the form. I can now tag my coworkers regarding a form that was created.  However, the UI doesn't tell you who created the form. How can I know whom to tag if I don't know who created the form?  Can we add the creator to the form list UI? ... Afficher plus

Good morning,     I put in a support ticket asking the team to help me create a task mid sequence for the salesperson to send a personalized email or make a call to their prospect, but currently the only option is for task to go to the sequence owner, not the contact owner, which doesn't help us.   I have created a workflow for the salespeople to be able to make a call once the sequence ends, but if the tasks that are currently in place in sequences can be assigned to specific people or owner types, that would be most helpful. ... My clients are leaving reviews on our HubSpot agency page. We get an email notification that they submitted a review but that information does not appear to live anywhere in our CRM. I'd like to be able to send an automated thank you email upon review submission, but there is nothing in the CRM that triggers the follow-up email. I'm instead having to enroll contacts manually when I get the email notification that we received a new review. Is there any way something can live on the CRM that would automatically trigger an email when a review is made on our HubSpot review page? ... Afficher plus

Is anyone else having this issue? When I need to clone and edit a template while working in the email editor, the button says "Clone & edit new template", but it only clones and kicks you back out to Design tab to pulldown Actions and select Edit this template again. I normally jump to other browsers when I run into a glitch, but I didn't check the others, since I primarily work in Chrome, and it can be done, just not the way expected.   Can the function be fixed, so it pulls up the cloned template without the extra step, or at least change the button to say "Clone template", so it's understood that's all it's expected to do?   It's understood this isn't vital, but the all in one clone & edit worked in past versions of the tool, so the expectation is there.:) ... Hubspot (when linked to Gmail) records a contact when an email is generated or received. This should not happen and i believe  means companies are infringing on GDPR.   In order for this not to happen I have to either turn off email tracking before I send an email or manually add them to a blocked email section so an email thread will only be visible to me.    A new contact should not be created automatically and the thread recorded. This means that if i send sensitive information to someone ( and i dont follow your current process ) that information can be seen by anyone in my company.    Hubspot should only record an email thread if the contact is already in the system.     ... Public Beta   Now in beta is the ability to mute email threads in the Activity Feed.   Sales reps leverage the email opens and clicks in the activity feed to monitor and strategically follow up on their prospect activity. However, when an email thread is no longer important or relevant to the sales rep, those email opens and clicks can create a lot of distraction. We're bringing muting to the activity feed to help reps gain finer control over what email threads they are notified on.     When hovering over an email activity card in the feed, users will be able to "turn off thread notifications," which will prevent new real-time notifications from being delivered via a user's browser to reps for a given email thread. When email opens or clicks occur for a muted email thread, the activity will still display in the feed but users will not be notified of that activity.   Muting is available for free and paid sales users.
