In my company we work quite often at the Company level of accounts.  One thing I've found to be a bit annoying is that the person I need to email is rarely in the top 5 contacts in the sidebar, I then have to click into filtered view to find the person I needed.   It would be very helpful if you could change the order of the contact's sidebar so you can put your most relevant at the top for quick access. ... I can't stop HS from creating contact when new unknown emails come in. This is a crippling non-feature. Every new email sender gets added as a new unassigned contact. Every day I need to delete many contacts from HS. We'd like to see who gave thumbs-up and thumbs-down on our KB articles and edit the ratings. We have done some testing and our testing is skewing feedback from actual customers. Also we can't see to find a way to easily see who has offered negative or positive feedback.   We should be able to at least easily view this (in addition to collect feedback about the KB articles when someone downvotes).
