It would be great if our customers would be able to see an overview and history of all their tickets and including a ticket number, status, ticket owner name, title, and dates. So that they can go back to their tickets or see the status of their tickets. A great example is for example HubSpot's Support Inbox or the Inbox we use to also manage the Chat feature as it's easy to navigate, filter, review, and also give feedback of our different support team members.
