New leads/contacts are automatically assigned to our sales reps according to a workflow. For now, they always need to inform our CRM manager when they need more/less leads (e.g.: sickleave, holidays, low/high motivation, workshop day...). Hi there- I'd really love it if HS would make the "insert a callout" knowledge base blog article feature available in their standard blog editor. See here for reference to feature. I'm a HS freelancer and help clients make their blog interfaces as UX-friendly as possible and it would be great if this was a quick option to help highlight some of the best content in their posts, making them more scannable. I'm hoping since it is already available for knowledge base articles, it wouldn't be a big lift to put it into the standard editor. ...その他を表示

I'm shocked this feature does not exist. Especially when it comes to SEQUENCES. Every salesperson has experienced this frustration I'm sure....   MAJOR PROBLEM: You're doing a 1:1 or Bulk Enroll Sequence. You set Personalization Token as: Contact First Name HOWEVER, we all know that 50% of the time we may not know the Contact First Name we only have an email. So in Bulk Enroll you have to type a general replacement for this First Name token if unknown so in the case of:   Hi ContactFirstNameToken   I have to fill something generic like: Hi "Team" or Hi "guys"   Everyone will benefit on Hub Spot if this solution is created:   1. A BACKUP Personalization Token that fills for that email send IF Primary Personalization Token is UNKOWN. Simple as that.   50% of the time we may not know the Contact First Name we only have an email. But, 100% of the time, the COMPANY NAME is KNOWN.   So with this new Mod we would simply set: PRIMARY Personalization Token: ContactFirstName SECONDARY Personalization Token: (that fills if primary token is unknown) CompanyName   Now I can set the above personalization tokens logic and when doing BULK ENROLL or even a 1:1 Sequence if the ContactFirstName is UNKNOWN, it will automatically fill in the known property of Company name so that all of those emails go out as:   Hi CompanyName   Instead of Hi Guys, or Hi Team, or Hi   PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM HUB SPOT! As an agency working with many security-minded clients, many do not want to give our team "unnecessary" permissions outside the scope of a particular project. Especially for developers, it is awkward to request that "Account Access" needs to be granted just so that our developers can create a table in a portal, especially when read/write/publish permissions already live within the marketing tab.   Consolidating HubDB settings to a single tab, or adding the create/clone/delete toggle to the marketing tab would make permission management much easier.   ...その他を表示

Export a View and have "Dropdown Select" in Multiple Columns Currently when you export a view if you have a "Dropdown Select" field it create as ingle column for multiple options. It would be beneficial if HubSpot automatically moved these options into multiple options. There is an excel function that allows you to do so - but it would be easier if the export did this automatically. Hi everyone, I'm an Account Manager within a Customer Success team currently looking for a way to pull a report of my assigned accounts using a custom filter called "Account Manager" to include a column for "Last Contacted/Last Acticvity Date by me".    Using a single object report by Company with the Account Manager filter and Last Activity and/or Last Activity Date included is including activity or contact from anyone, so it's not refelcting my personal level of engagement with accounts.   Using a cross-object report with Activity filters to show only my activity is giving me every single touch point with every customer, so it is also not allowing me to action and prioritize engagement (without a lot of manual edits to a very long report).    The value of this would be, as noted above, to easily action and prioritize engagement with customers. I don't have examples of this, but I assume most CRMs have some form of ability to do this.   Does anyone have a workaround for this? ...その他を表示

I would like to be able to upload and attach a photo to my contacts using a custom property.   Then I would like to add a customization token to my email, so that the image can be used in a customized email.   All of the photos will be different as they would be images of our contact's buildings.   Please let me know what you think or if there is anything you can do. ...その他を表示
