Would be fantastic to be able to see where web/blog pages are linked to emails, workflows, etc. (and vice versa). That way if you need to delete items you can see other assets impact by this deletion and redirect to a new URL or campaign asset.  ...その他を表示

Our reporting team is being asked to provide more indepth conversion reports for our different processes. We'd like to see the custom reports have an added layer of filtering so that we could do a query something like this: Pull the # of contacts who have received an email that contains "this" name where the distinct count is greater than 2   The goal of a query like this would be to provide broader metrics for how many emails a particular client has recieved that included particular types of marketing emails. In our specific usecase we were looking to find how many appology emails were being sent out and wanted first to see how many people we'd sent appology emails to on a wide specrum which was doable, then how many had recieved more than 2 of those emails. We could get the report to show us everyone one who had recieved an appology email, but couldn't narrow that list down to just those who had recieved 2 or more. That is what this feature would look to solve, and could provide a variety of new possible KPIs if this feature could be implemented accross the board to allow another layer of filtering. Think of Excel filtering where you have a value that you want to exclude or just want to see/count the records with a dollar value greater than 1,000 for example.  The data is there on Hubspot, it just cannot be issolated to provide the KPI numbers natively on hubspot's reporting dashboards. ...その他を表示

Hi!    I would love to be able to create a Dashboard that shows me, when a Propertie was changed. There is this Option for example with the Lifecycle Stage: 'Became a Lead Date'. But this Option would be so helpful for every Propertie. The ones from Hubspot as well as the ones you can create yourself.    Hope you got the vision and would love to see the Idea become true!   ...その他を表示

In reviewing here internally I am able to confirm that there is not a workflow if/then function that will check for matches in the two different properties. It's a very interesting idea, though!   I want to create a Custom Object that will house a database of current customers and their infomation i.e Name, Phone, Address, etc, etc My second Custom object is going to have new clients fill out a form and with that form submission the fields that have data will cross check the database of current customers and then return information on matching fields and label them as a Conflcit.  I.e if existing customer has an address of 1234 Main Street Dallas, Texas and then a new form is subitted with that exact same address I can be alerted to review the records.   ...その他を表示

Currently when you click on a link from the tasks page it takes you to the current contact and shows ALL tasks assigned to that contact, and the task you want to see might not be the top one. Instead of taking you to: contacts/(number)/company/(numebr)?taskId=(taskid) It should take you to: contacts/(number)/company/(numebr)?engagement=(taskid)   That link shows just the task you clicked on, and not every single other task assigned to that contact. ...その他を表示

Can we have a line item price list with product description displayed some place eassily available for reps? For example under Sales in main manu.  Atm they would have to go to Settings to check the prices and products details - no way they do it. And we don't want to publish prices internally out of HubSpot and be forced to update them every time they change... ...その他を表示

LinkedIn has a great  option with setting up events. You can also use a LinkedIn registration from for people to sign up. Unfortunately it is not integrated like Lead Gen Ads so you can't connect it with HubSpot and the connected webinar tool like GoToWebinar. How great would be if HubSpot makes this possible? Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? ✔  Every company who wants to create Leads via LinkedIn Events What is their goal? ✔ Get as many leads/participants for events with an easy integration and marketing automation What value will this add? ✔ Lower barrier for people to sign up directly rather than redirecting people from a LinkedIn Event page to a landingpage with a separate HubSpot form It is already possible with LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads so maybe it is possible for this events as well. When you create a task during the logging of an e-mail, and possibly with other situations like notes, the task is created with a comment similar to this:   "Regarding email: Check In, sent on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 4:50 PM"   This unfortunately forces users to track down the e-mail manually which tasks time.   It would be great if there was an actual link between the task and the e-mail (or other 'creator') so that a simple click would bring the user to that 'reason' for the task.   Currently, when you have a lot of different contacts to work with, it takes a lot of time if you have to track down the e-mail. You certainly won't remember what the task was related to so you are forced to look it up.  This would really increase efficiency as it would save lots of time. ...その他を表示
