When creating custom views within my deals pipeline, I would like to be able to change the currency which shows at the total on the bottom of each stage. We currently have 2 currencies within our pipeline (and hopefully in the future more than 2) and I want to make 2(+) separate views to show the deals in both currencies. Euro is our default but I'd like to be able to have a custom view where the AU$ is the default and I can see this in the total value of each stage, and not just on the level of the deal.  ...その他を表示

Hi, Me and some customers of mine do think it is usefull to see the contacts who have opened one of the emails part of a sequence. Say the percentage of opened emails in a sequence is 50%. We would like to click through on that 50% to have more insight on the actions that contacts have on sequences.   At this moment you only see the status of a contact as a result e.g. Replied to an emai, or not delivered, "Sequence ended no reply".   Peter de Keijzer CRM Consultant Systony     ...その他を表示

Hello All,   I'm frequently reporting metrics on our marketing activities and for that I use the nicely drafted charts available in HubSpot. However, not everyone has access to HubSpot in my company but I share these data with them. I would like to have a new option in the Actions menu of a report to "Export to JPG" which would simply do a screen capture of the current report (with the same size and resolution every time) and ask me where I want to save it.   Would that be possible, please? ...その他を表示

At this time, a campaign gathers data when it is created, after association to marketing assets and content.   We would like to have the ability to retroactively pull data into campaigns.   Out use case was mainly to create a new campaign and retroactively add emails and landing pages to the campaign to see who was influenced by the campaign.    - Posted on behalf of customer ...その他を表示

Hi there,   we currently use a support@ourcompany.com email for our support. All mails get automatically forwarded to Hubspot and get in conversations there.   When a customer cust@acme.inc gets an email from some@one.com, and the customer forwards this email to support@ourcompany.com, Hubspot parses this email, thinks a employee (cust@acme.inc) forwarded a message and sets some@one.com as sender in conversations.   This behaviour is good if we get an email to an_employee@ourcompany.com which we would like to have in hubspot.  But its really bad if we just get an FWD email from a customer. Seems very unlogically. I think this is a bug.   We've used intercom before. Its possible to tell them our company emails and company email domain so that intercom treats incoming mails according to that.   Please change that parsing for incoming mails or leave an option to only parse FWD mails, which are not coming from company mail/domain.   Thanks ...その他を表示

Currently the shortest recuring payment frequency is monthly.    There are many businesses that process payments at weekly intervals. This would allow customers to pay via a weekly subscription.    This would avoid the issues with having to use costly third party integrations and allow for greater flexibility.      ...その他を表示

Hi,   Currently if a lead submits a form on WordPress, including filling out a message, there appears to be no way for the HubSpot CRM plugin to autofill the message in HubSpot.    See below - our Gravity Form has a message component which the HubSpot plugin does not pick up (the only Fields we're able to connect are Lead Status, Lifecycle Stage, etc - Message is not an option):   Would be great to see this updated so Messages can flow from WordPress to HubSpot.    Alternatively, please let me know if there is a workaround - will be very grateful for advice.    Cheers David @ Properties & Pathways ...その他を表示

It would be nice if hubspot social accounts had no ties to personal accounts, but rather just the business pages themselves. People come and go, or choose to deactivate personal pages for a number of reasons. Having the link to the personal accounts can create challenges for a number of reasons and would be best to elimate the "personal" link in general.  ...その他を表示

Currently we can mimic these reports only by fetching all the engagements - very wasteful. Please consider in the new V3 API to make an edpoint that we can query to get aggregated data, as you do greate with the Analytics API.   Generally  I think that it will be a good thing if for every chart in the dashboard you will expose to us the endpoint (that you use to get the data to the dashboard), because what the clients want to see is the dashboard charts and currently you make us fetch all the native entities and aggreagate them in our side, instead of getting aggregated date directly from you - ability that you alreay have...   ...その他を表示
