I think HubSpot needs to add a property that Identifies if contacts are currently bouncing. Not if they have ever bounced. Currently, we see the past and future together, no way to identify if contact is currently bouncing.  This way we can create a list and filter "currently bouncing" and easily see which contacts are bouncing so this can be corrected for future marketing emails. ...その他を表示

There should be an option under contacts where you are able to move the contact from being filtered under one view to be viewed under a different view. It would be easier to be able to move specific contacts to different views rather than having to make a brand new view and importing the contacts everytime. We would like to be able to rotate contacts between static leads. For example we have 20k unengaged contacts which we would like to split into 6 different lists. At the moment I have to export the list and split them up into 6 different randomised lists. Would be great to be able to do this through a workflow without assigning them to anyone. ...その他を表示

We've been updating our contact property fields to better match our internal database for smoother integration. I.e. we need a Direct Line field rather than the generic Phone Number field. Through this process I've found not being able to edit the default properties presents several challenges.   I instead tried creating custom fields, but currently our only options are number fields with limited options (unformatted includes decimals, formatted includes commas, and then there's currency) and single-line text fields, which leaves it to the user or contact filling out the form to correctly input their information. Not ideal.   There currently is no way to clone the current Hubspot phone number fields or to add the same features and requirements (country code drop down and character requirement).   My simpliest suggestion is to allow Hubspot admins to clone default Hubspot property fields or at least the fields for phone numbers. A potentially more complex method would be to enhance the form field options when creating fields to have an option specifically for phone numbers that will include the country code feature, minimum/maximum character requirment, and the formatting that only allows numbers and dashes.   This feature really would help my company and save us quite a bit of extra work on the back end of data management and formatting.   Thanks!   ...その他を表示

IT would be nice if there was a live chat pop up that was forced to stay open until the person it was sent to physically has to close it. This would result in chats not being delayed/missed. ...その他を表示
