it would be extremely helpful that from both an email sent & call made the ability to create a follow up task with the "edit" option available in both and to include the all drop down boxes such as Queues and Priority. Right now I am having to go down my task list with no queues attached editing them - rather than completing this action at the time of either the call or email.
