When creating a task within a workflow - the task is being created for each contact that passes through the action. Therefore - a single task might be created numerous times depending on the number of contacts that reached it, creating a bunch of tasks, all of which but the first one are redundant. Currently, some customers are finding that the meetings tab is quite crowded, for example, they often see (out of order) recurring meetings all , which makes it impossible when trying to add meeting notes from a previous week in the right place or find said notes later on. We're using a workflow to remind our sales team to do certain follow-up tasks (log the outcome and meeting feedback) once a meeting ends. I am told that currently it's not available to use the meeting end time to re-enroll someone in the workflow, and we need the workflow to re-enroll contacts when a new meeting is set.    Instead, we're using meeting start time as a trigger and creating tasks at 5 pm on the day of the meeting. Templates: It would be great when you look at a list of Templates you can see what Folder it is saved in.   Another thing that would be nice is if Templates View was set up like Imports  View so when you go to it you can choose between the All Lists or the Folder Tab.     Imports: When you import it gives you the full expanded list of Folders.  It would be nice if it didn't do that.  I should see the main folders then pick from there.  It is a bit confusing and can lead to things being imported into the wrong folder. ...
