I get notification emails when task are created for me in Hubspot; but since sales isn't my primary job role, I'm not logged into HubSpot most of the time, and use our corporate calendar services to manage my day.   Systems which attach their jobs as an .ics (icalendar) file allow me to single click to add te task or event directly into my calendar.   This may also solve a number of other users calendar integration requests, and doesn't require specific integration for different systems. ...read more

Hi, we are using the report "My emails - opened, clicked, replied". I understand that if we sent it to multiple recipients it says "Someone opened the email:..." But if our personal email is not integrated, we can't click on this email and can't find it within Hubspot. There should be a link to the original email in Hubspot. ...read more

It would be great for a workflow to be created based on the task "assigned to" being update. Like when a task in a queue changes owners (assigned to), that it would trigger an email to the customer sayings "your inquiry has been assigned to NAME and they will contact you shortly". We want to be able to set our lead/prospecting stage to a 0% win probability, which we have done, but it automatically shows 0% as "lost" when you are looking at the win probability stage settings. It would be great if this stayed at 0% as the deal is not lost, it has just started. ...read more

We have workflows that create a series of tasks, which we would ideally like to run bsaed on a certain date.    The issue we face is that on rare occasions, this date may be already past when the workflow is run. Ideally, we'd like to have the option to mark these tasks as either  "skip, if they would have executed in the past" or  "run when the workflow is turned on if they would have executed in the past"   i understand that there may be some workarounds for this, but they would be quite convoluted and messy, and it seems to be a setting that should be possible when creating a date based workflow ...read more

The Create Contact API results in an status code 409 (Conflict) if the emailadress passed in already exists in an existzing contacts email or additional email (has_additional_emails) field. But the api doesn't tell you what exactly the reason of the conflict is. So you don't know why the creation failed.   ...read more
