Veo necesario conocer el idioma de los contactos para empresas que trabajamos con diferentes nacionalidades y que eso sea una tarea automática de hubspot, para no tener que recoger esta información o de manera manual o preguntando al contacto.    Por lo que propondría detectar el idioma en el que se comunica el contacto a través de formularios, correos, mensajes...etc y a través de ahí indicar en una propiedad específica el idioma de este.    Esto ayudará a la segmentación de los contactos y mejorará las campañas de marketing.  ...read more

Hello,  When a lead fills in a form (to download a white paper or register for an event), the “contact owner” property is not updated automatically from the form settings, which I find a shame. If I have just created an event, I would obviously want the lead to become my contact. The system optimizer provides a list of Subtopic Keywords, which is great, but as soon as I use one of them, the list disappears and I cannot find the remaining ones to work into my content. Ey guys! I do see that HubSpot's new form editor brings plenty of new options and advantages with it, which is pretty cool, but there's one key feature that is missing from the legacy form editor that is completely preventing me from using it and that is the posibility of exporting the form as raw HTML. - Why has it been removed? - Is it going to be added again in the future? Without this option the form is embedded as an iframe, which means that we can't use CSS or JavaScript to completely customize our forms. I really hope that this feedback could get some attention as I really think that new form editor can be pretty cool but is very limiting right know for users with some development skills.
