Hi, we get a lot of overseas enquiries, the process to enrol an overseas student is quite complex & labour intensive. We get many many enquiries, the conversion rate is very low. The first email is a response to their enquiry.   I have setup a sequence, the 1st is the email with all the details, the 2nd in the sequence is a follow up a week later, the 3rd is another follow up & the 4th is a final one saying I've sent u a few emails with no reply, so thank you & a link to our website.  I want to CC another colleague in the sequence who will manage the enrolment if it happens. I am now forced to forward the email to them so they can make contact with with the prospective customer as I cannot CC them in the sequence.  Often there is no reply, I send a follow up & often there is no reply. I have found myself getting bogged down with setting up numerous contacts with no result, so.....  Hope this helps? ...read more

We should be able to filter for workflows based on addresses being on the cc line. For example, we engage a contact via a sequence. They reply to us and cc a colleague. The colleague gets added to our databased and then gets enrolled in the sequence because they meet the same criteria that added the first contact. We should be able to filter out new contacts that were added on a cc line from being enrolled to the sequence (or exclude them from the workflow that is automatically enrolling contacts).  ...read more

When enrolling Contacts in a Sequence using a workflow, the automated emails cannot currently be sent dynamically "from Contact Owner". Rather, a specific Owner with a Paid Seat must be selected.   For large Teams with many users, this means you must create a specific if/then branch for every person on your team who might need to be the Sender of the Sequence Email.    IDEA:  Please enable Sequence Emails to be sent dynamically from the Contact Owner.    Who is this for? Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams wanting to scale and leverage automation to enroll Contacts in Sequences with workflows.    What is their goal? Scalable Sequence Automation from many different potential Senders.   Thank you for the consideration!     (Edited: Removed the reference to missing email signatures as that's been delivered. It would be really useful to be able to change the owner of a sequence once the sequence has been made. For example, this would enable me to create a sequence which could then be sent out by other SDRs and the data / analytics are reflected under their name not mine. ...read more

So we all know that when running a prospect through a sequence, a response will typically unenroll them from that sequence...   This being said... I can't think of a bigger waste of time and effort than filling in custom properties for a sequence step that might never occur. Within Prospecting, add functionaly to filter lead by which sequence they're enrolled in.   HubSpot already has the ability to filter by ‘enrolled’ or ‘not enrolled’ in seqence, but we need an additional filter here. If the lead is enrolled in a sequence, surely it would be easy for the user to select a sequence running, and the Prospecting screen then only shows those leads in that specific sequence. Often, sales reps are sending out multiple sequences to different segments of leads and it would be useful if they can filter to leads sat in one specific sequence at a time. ...read more

Hi! It would be really great to have personalization tokens available from custom objects within the template creator. We use these templates for sales sequences and would like to be able to customize emails with properties from our custom objects. When a sequence ends, I would like to group together & export the contacts by their "status" so I can have data around who responded and who didn't. There needs to be a filter in "Contacts" that includes the status of a sequence (Enrolled, no response yet, Errors etc.). Extremely necessary when dealing with hundreds of contacts. ...read more
