I would like to see a setting or update implemented where we can choose to have certain data properties overriden or not.   As of right now, when a contact filled out a form Hubspot will capture that data in properties within the contact record, but if the same contact fills out a form with the same properties but different answers, Hubspot will automatically override the previous data. When creating a workflow to send a notification to the owner(s) of a record, the Shared Users property is not available.  We have absolutely no solution to notify the Shared Users when something happens on a record, and that's really limiting. ...その他を表示

1) currently there is no way for other person (eg, the Sales Manager" to give a note (comment) on a Lead as a non-owner.   2) Activities related to the company will be all counted as the activites for the Lead associated in the same company. However, sometimes, such activity may not be relavant.    Lead should be an independent object by itself, just like a Deal. Currently in the association card you can only search on your primary property of your custom object, but it would be useful if you could also search on the secondary property (or another property of your own choosing).    Example (Logistic industry): Some associates know a SAP ID by heart, others are more likely to search on name or location. ...その他を表示

Currently, when viewing my TASKS in the task list, I click on the TASK and it will allow me to complete TASKS consecutively - great idea! The problem is that the default page that opens is the CONTACT whereas most salespeople should, by default, be operating in the DEAL page.    The current order of priority is associated CONTACT > associated COMPANY > associated DEAL. It is more logical that the priority should be associated DEAL > associated CONTACT > associated COMPANY.   The current workaround is to navigate to the DEAL page after moving to the next TASK but this is extra clicks and not intuitive.  ...その他を表示

I'd like to be able to report on whether an email from the same user was a sales email or a service email (for existing clients).  Users can be emailing leads and customers at any given point, but we cannot split the activity type for reporting purposes.   The same users are making all activities, and as activity can't have custom properties there's no way to distinguish how many sales or service emails are being sent per user/team   We tried using the lifecycle stage for reporting, but once the record became a customer the activity all goes against a customer record, not a lead We also tried calculating the amount of sales activities on a record before it becomes a customer, but reporting that didn't work either. ...その他を表示

When opening the Sales Workspace for the first time, users are given the option to watch a demo video. It's a great resource, and I wanted to be able to download it or share a link with my team so they could watch it before we fully implement the tool across the organization. However, after reaching out to HubSpot support, I was informed that the video is not shareable, and they redirected me to older YouTube videos instead. It would be extremely helpful if users could access this demo video at any time, rather than just during the initial setup, so it can be used for future reference and training purposes. ...その他を表示

Problem: Currently, updating sales goals for a new year in HubSpot is a time-consuming process. Each goal must be created manually, one by one, which can become cumbersome for organizations with a large sales team or complex sales targets. For example, when setting up goals for 2025 based on the successful targets of 2024, there’s no way to bulk import goals or duplicate last year’s goals to use as a starting point.   Context: At the end of each fiscal year, many companies review and update their sales objectives. Often, the new year’s goals are closely aligned with the prior year’s targets, with adjustments for growth or other strategic changes.
