The lead object and sales workspace are getting better with feature releases, but to make them really useable, a couple of key features are missing.   The ability for non-sales seat users to be granted lead creation and edit permissions (treat it like other objects) so that the lead summary page becomes useful without a sales seat Users don't need their own sales workspace without a seat, but should still be able to see others' sales workspaces if they have the permission (especially super-admins) The ability to see stats in the sequences tool without a seat We don't need non-sales users to be able to enroll contacts in sequences in their own connected inboxes, or have their own sales workspace to manage their own leads, but sales operations and admin folks need to be able to manage and debug things without a sales seat. ... I'd like to be able to report on whether an email from the same user was a sales email or a service email (for existing clients).  Users can be emailing leads and customers at any given point, but we cannot split the activity type for reporting purposes.   The same users are making all activities, and as activity can't have custom properties there's no way to distinguish how many sales or service emails are being sent per user/team   We tried using the lifecycle stage for reporting, but once the record became a customer the activity all goes against a customer record, not a lead We also tried calculating the amount of sales activities on a record before it becomes a customer, but reporting that didn't work either. ... Actually all the status for quotation make an assumption that the quotation will be approved by the client, or makes changes. But if the quotation is not approved, the only options to not confuse this quotation with anothers one who are waiting for the sign, is to deleted or archived. If you deleted the quotation, you dont have any register on the deal, the company or the contact. Will be a good idea to add a new status on quotes call "Rejected". With it, you can know what offers or product the client rejected in the past, and dont make confussion about what quotes are really in other status like "waiting for approval" or "pending to sign".    ... In the Goals dashboard, there is a very nice gauge visualization of the goal progress (image). This is built combining two KPI's (KPI value and Target Amount, where the Target Amount is represented as the "full throttle" 100% of the gauge and the KPI value is represented by the indicator line and listed amount, and by using a custom "hs_group_correlation_uuid" filter which I can't find any information about.   This is a pre-built HS report for Goals, and it is not (to my knowledge) possible to build in a custom report. Obviously, a shame, as it would be AMAZING to display this on a sales dashboard, with options to filter by pipeline, team, sales rep, date period etc.   Please upvote this idea if you would like to represent your team's goal status like this!   ... it would be interesting to create a task from a scheduled meetings.  we will use the scheduled meeting to add the comments / results from this meeting, and it would be interesting that we could create a task directly from there, the same as we can do from a logged meeting.  ... Mostrar más

When I'm prospecting, I will send emails to accounts that have no owner, as no sales rep "committed" the customer or lead yet. Howver if I send an email through hubspot, it automcatially put the account in my name making me the owner. Then I have to go back and remove myself as the owner every time because I'm simply prospecting. I wish there was a toggle in the email settings page that turns on or off whether or not an account is automatically assigned to your name if you send them an email via hubspot.  ... Mostrar más

With the popularity (and usefulness) of X continuing to decline, and more and more people transitioning their accounts over to either BlueSky or Threads, it would be useful to have the option to integrate BlueSky accounts into HubSpot's social media dashboard. ... Mostrar más
