Hi we are using 2 different inboxes sales@ and support@. In many cases our support team fowarded the customer inbound Mail with a short comment to sales@dina.de. In this case we cannot use the comment function, because this comment is not visible if you send a mail. So we have to write down the comment directly as mail text. If our sales office will answer the customer, the comment from our support cannot delete from our sales, so the comment will also send to the customer. This happens when you work diretly in the inbox, not if you will work on contact page. My idea is, if we could move a mail from one inbox to another (included the comment from the comment board), we get all information to the right department, so we don't have to send a Mail from support@ to sales@, and the comment is intern visible.
