Hubspot recommends using notes as a mechanism to communicate internally with your team.    This is a great alternative to setting tasks - when the user setting the note may be asking a question or may want to set a task but hasn't got the consent of the person they wish to set the task for.    However, there is no mechanism to persistently display notes in your portal that you have read or haven't read - which means that notes can very easily be missed.  It would be great for there to be a way to tag a user in a note, and indicate whether it's;  sharing information action requested then the user could get a queue of all the notes in their portal (like a task queue). It would be really helpful to see other contacts at a company in a contact record and not just on the company record. That way we are able to check if contact has been made to that company without reinventing the wheel or duplicating from the contact record. ...read more

What would be useful would be the ability to set deal labels via workflow when the deal is created.   The reason why this would be useful is we can label a deal as "active" and then my automation workflow can pick up that specific active deal and then move it through the deal stages when a form has been submitted. Right now there is only the capability to associate companies by "Parent" or "Child" company (that I am aware of). It would be helpful to add more options to better represent the layers of ownership between companies. Ideally create an option for "Subsidiary", and the ability to add multiple parent companies.   Example:   Company A > Company B > Company C   Company A owns Company B, but Company C is directly under Comany B even thought they're ultimately owned by Company A. ...read more

Within our industry we have many companies that we consider to be unique business entities because they are individual offices within a larger company. So domain name is not an accurate way for us to determine unique companies. I would like to be able to set which parameter is used for duplicate checking, such as company ID.  ...read more

I understand that this is listed as a limitation here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/connect-pop-up-forms-and-non-hubspot-forms-to-mailchimp but our team currently uses Mailchimp for an overwhelming majority of Email campaigns given its easy-to-use editor, ability to create well-structured emails and near-universal adaptation in the industry. However, we use Hubspot as our web builder, data aggregation tool, and CRM. When we send out A/B test campaigns, we miss out on critical email data that we cannot import into Hubspot, even though Hubspot has A/B test capabilities within the marketing emails tool. ...read more
