Wish we can have a feature wherein we can filter logged emails in company or contact records (those that are replies from contacts from our user-initiated emails, whether marketing, one-to-one, or sales emails) that are not yet replied by, for example, our account managers. We're building a report as part of our revamped AM dashboard which aims to track and list emails that are not yet replied to by our account managers within 48 hours (their SLA).
