We are moving from Intercom to Huspot for supporting our customers, and will have chat in our app. With Intercom we could open a chat for a client, and they would see the chat open up to be able to carry on a conversation. I understand this is not possible with Hubspot, and would ask for it to be considered as a feature reqeust. There are many use cases for this, but the biggest is being able to create a Ticket from Slack (where we have some clients) and then be able to carry on the conversation with them in our app versus Slack.
