Use case: To better enable collaboration and facilitate different workflows across inboxes, we need to sort the list of Conversations sometimes by newest first (to guage any reactions to recent changes) and other times by oldest first (to ensure first in, first out service). When we click on the Recipients part of an email report, we can filter by who Read, Skimmed, or Glanced at the email. But there is currently no way to create an Active List of people who have Read emails. Would love if this was possible.

I think there needs to be an option to require a user to selct at least one Subscription Types check box on a form. Here's specifically where I have run into an issue... We have multiple subcription types for monthly newsletters. On a form, we use the GDPR option to display the subscriptions. A user can fill out the form and submit without having to check any of the boxes (resulting in them not being added to the correspnding active list). We receive a notification that someone has submitted the form, but we don't know which newsletter they want to receive. This requires a member of our sales team to reach out to the prospect via email and ask them (not a smooth process at all). I'd like for HubSpot to add functionality that requires at least one of the subscription type boxes to be checked. Otherwise, the process of letting users opt in for inbound communications is not a good experience. And we all want more opt ins, right?

We want to be able to set our lead/prospecting stage to a 0% win probability, which we have done, but it automatically shows 0% as "lost" when you are looking at the win probability stage settings. It would be great if this stayed at 0% as the deal is not lost, it has just started.

I know that we have the ability to see a rough "Last active" value in the users and teams page per user, and we also have the ability to export login logs for all users as well as security and content activity history: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/export-account-activity-history?_ga=2.76327253.1702593517.1597070381-2072000083.1596752279 This is marked as resolved in this other idea: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Track-Account-User-Activity-Tracking/idi-p/2378 However, we still do not have the ability to report on the amount of time that each user spends logged into their HubSpot account per an indicated time period, such as per month. This would be extremely helpful to be able to report on amoun of time that employees spend logged into HubSpot for accountability purposes. Thanks!

We'd like to be able to see open deals (and amounts) influenced by campaigns as well as closed. Or at least be able to report on this easily (not via lists). So x person has been influenced by X campaign and a deal has been created.

Be great to hide templates form use. Say i have a template I do not want people to see yet as it is being worked on, or, there is an old template that is being used on pages but I do not want it to show as a template available on new page creation.

I'd like to suggest enablig a second e-mail address for automatic e-mailing (2nd variable). That way it would be possible to programme a workflow to send e-mails to a second e-mail address, which should be available as a property's value in contacts' pane. Thank you, Lincoln

Nowadays the automatic unenrollment from sales sequences is very limited (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence?KBOpenTab) and it's only triggered by a contact answering an email or booking a meeting. But there's lots of other triggers that should let you unenroll a contact from a sequence, for example: - By lead stage - If the user conects via phone with the contact - If a specific property changes (f.e: we have sales sequences that are design by territory, so if one contact was badly mapped, it should unenroll the contact from that sequence)

Additional filtering capabilities from the Active Lists functionality would go a long way in cleaning up my portal and the portal of my clients. Problem The current filter options for active lists put us in the position of having to create multiple supporting lists to be able to generate the final list that we desire to create. An excellent example of this is when creating a list to show only those contacts that are ideal for reaching out to for prospecting.
