We have a self-serve feature for prospecting on our sales team. We want to ensure people aren't abusing the system, and so we make it impossible for them to see new (unassigned) prospects based on their role. Manually changing this can be pretty annoying.   It would be better if we could set triggers and have an active list (ie. only has so many deals assigned, etc) that would then set their role.   I could see how this might also be useful in other cases, like only distributing leads in a round robin to those who have hit their sales quotas using teams. ...read more

I was shocked to learn that you cannot add an attachment to a regular Marketing email. This is a standard feature with any email system, and, with HubSpot being ahead of the technology curve I cannot believe this has not been addressed. ...read more

Hello, the new view when looking at a contact has a side bar (companies,deals,tickets,etc.). Being able to collapse the sidebars would give me more space to work within contacts.  It's currently a hinderance.  Thanks! ...read more

The social tool on Hubspot is very limited compared to other competitors. My company just moved our MKT activities to Hubspot and I am missing a lot of useful social media features we used to have in our former platform.   Things that would be cool to have: Scheduling of stories / IGTV videos / and reels  Analytics reports for stories / IGTV videos / reels  Hashtag tool to search and analyze performance + analytics reports A place to save captions for social media posts - So we can use the same caption later on future posts An Instagram grid with scheduled posts - so we can see how the design of our single posts are working together when they are seen in a grid. Hello Community! 🙂 My name is Ross, I'm leading the sales team at DataMix - Ukrainian software development house.   I'm sure it won't be surprise for anyone that b2b companies all around the globe are using LinkedIn for sales. When you're an active LinkedIn user (like me), you quickly start getting tons of messages, notifications, mentions, both work and personal. So, I'm using LinkedIn Helper 2 software that helps me to automate some of my routine follow-up process on LinkedIn, and also keep track on communication that came from sales sequences. The best thing I love about it is that I can send a person of my choice to HubSpot CRM as a new Contact in one click. Integration is done via Zapier Webhook. LinkedIn Helper is transfering any public info about my 1st degree contact, including the LinkedIn Profile Pic.  Right now, everything is perfect except for one thing. I'm getting new Contacts without a Photo. I love to have contacts "Clean" and photos of my prospects remind me who are they and what we talked about - in a single glance. I described the almost whole sequence for you in order to give more "background" on how everything works. Now, for profile pictures, I have to manually copy every pic I have and upload it to Contact Profile in CRM. Here's an example of how LinkedIn Profile photos are stored (link). Basically, it's a link to photo repository. The problem is, there's no corresponding Contact Field in HubSpot to which I can "feed" this link. The best match that I found looks like that: https://i.imgur.com/XcKwaSY.png Guess the easiest way for HubSpot to give me opportunity to automatically assign photo for Contacts is to create a separate, technical contact field (saying "Profile Pic URL") This way, if HubSpot received url of the picture, there should be a rule like "Profile Pic URL" has priority over "default profile photo" But of course, it's a very simplified way to see things. Then, I found a similar topic from 2016 here. The thing is, the feature I request doesn't violate LinkedIn policies. Profile pics are public. Moreover, I can export the whole LinkedIn profile as pdf and it will include profile pic. The only thing that is required is to take a pic from Repository A (LinkedIn) and save it in Repository B (HubSpot). Or even display it directly, so that if person removes it, photo will disappear in HubSpot.  Do you think we can get it? ...read more

Hello HubSpot team!    I'm trying to create a list (contact / company) to review records owned by Deactivated Users. The current process of manually selecting a Deactivated User one by one is cumbersome and painful. You have to keep clicking 'Show More' and when you have 100s of users in the system, it isn't an easy task.    Can you enhance the property filters?    'Company (or Contact) Owner' is Active=false 'Company (or Contact) Ownner' contains 'Deactived' or 'Inactive'   Many thanks! ...read more

following the Hubspot update i believe to have been released 21/04/2021 the association of an email thread to a support ticket, contact etc has now been moved to the bottom (previously shown at the top of the tread). This is, I hope an oversight in UI design as quickly Associating/Disassociating emails is something I find myself doing regularly. And now having to expand the tread then navigate to the bottom is overly time consuming.       ...read more
