Is there a way to create a follow up task to an email from inside the email record or from the outlook add-in? Right now, it appears that I have to create a task separately and reference the email e.g. Task: follow up on 12/132021 email.   It would be really nice if there was a button in the email record shown under the company or contact where I could click to set a followup connected to that email. Task would be automatically titled "follow-up to [date] email [email subject] and the subject could then be clicked to take me to the email. Smothing like that? I received a ticket with a file to download and to send to a contact via email. However I couldn't download this file within HS neither drag it to the email that I wanted to send. I also tried to merge the ticket and the contact. However when I deleted the ticket from the pipeline, the attachment from contact was also deleted. Is there a way to save files on HS without saving it on the computer first? Or will it be possible to implement that files received via email can be copy/paste or trag to another email or contact attachment? ...read more

Hubspot needs to create a bit of functionality that is more representative to the title above, as right now there is no one single place where one has a global view of all re-occuring emails from dashboards and reports. Wish we can have a feature wherein we can filter logged emails in company or contact records (those that are replies from contacts from our user-initiated emails, whether marketing, one-to-one, or sales emails) that are not yet replied by, for example, our account managers. We're building a report as part of our revamped AM dashboard which aims to track and list emails that are not yet replied to by our account managers within 48 hours (their SLA). ...read more
