This feature might exist but i couldnt find it.  Our sales staff is regularly up-dating/revising their sales opportunities.  When changing the sales "closing" date they often forget to update "project start and end-date" (Implementation start date).  This creates a mismatch in reporting and forcasting between when eg. time/ressource planning.  Is there a script or is it possible to make a "pop-up" that forces the sales person to up-date "Project start/stop date" when chaning the Closing date?    ...read more

Within HubSpot itself, we are unable to use create a meeting feature to block a meeting with a prospect. The book a meeting link sycs with outlook calendar as well as workflow that leads to meeting confirmation mail sent and a task created. However this does not happen when create a meeting feature is used. In the Hubspot App, you can click "Text" to SMS a client however it takes you directly to your phone and doesn't record the SMS in hubspot against the client.  If you want o keep a record of sending the SMS, you need to add it manually, which is clunky and time consuming. I want to send an SMS to a client from the app, using my phone (not an integration) and have the content of the SMS save against the client, along with time and date sent.  Thanks. ...read more

My team has had a learning curve of remembering when they are in the Contact, Deal, or one of the Custom Objects we've created. To make this easier, I would like the ability to format the page background color to differentiate between them all. Hi HubSpot team,   Before I move forward, just want to say that I love that you added the ability to add comments on blog drafts within the platform. It is much easier to collaborate with a team within the platform as opposed to making comments and edits on a Google or Word doc.    However, it appears that you cant tag comments to specific elements of the blog (i.e. I want a header changed, but can't tag my comment to that specific page element). It would be great if you could add this functionality to this feature. Otherwise, it makes more sense to collaborate in an external doc for the time being.   Best, Adam ...read more
