It would be extremely helpful if Hubspot would allow the option to show Total contacts/deals (overall in a perod of time) and then have the break down of where ther were sectioned in one report. For now we must create a report of total contacts and then creat addintional reports with the  relevant break downs without the total of count of contacts.. For example, a report to check how many contacts were crerated AND their lifecycle stage (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Customer) the result you get at the moment is how many are in each Lifecycle but Not the overall of contacts created. ...read more

Hello! I am looking for a way to equally split lists within the hubspot platform. I recently came across the random sample function, which is close to what I'm looking for, but not exactly.   Let's say I have a list of 100 contacts - I would like a way to split that (randomly if possible) into 4 equal segments of 25 contacts each, or 25% of the total amount. I want to ensure that each of those 4 segments do not overlap with each other. If I were to take 25% random samples of the same master list in hubspot, there will be crossover, which means I could accidentally be reaching out to the same contact twice.   Currently, my workaround is time consuming: downloading the master list and finding methods to split CSV files online. Since some of these lists can be hundreds of thousands of records long, doing it manually on my computer is not possible, as CSV files of that size are known to crash even a robust set up, which my home computer is not.   Thank you! ...read more

In the new whatsapp solution, numbers are not recognized. In our database, almost all phone numbers are listed without a country code in front of them. A translation of the existing number to the international format or a workaround to change all numbers at once would be helpful. ...read more

Wishing there was a way to remove certain email addresses from being prompted when emailing out of HubSpot.   We have a user that had multiple email addresses, now we're looking to consolidate to one email address/user, but when someone is emailing out of HubSpot it still prompts with the deactivated user/email.   According to HubSpot, as it is used less and less it will be less likely to be prompted above the email address that's still in use, but it feels like a deactivated user should be able to be blocked from that prompt and/or have a list that can be managed (ideally with an "automatically add deactivated users" checkbox). ...read more
