The support Hubspot provides its customers is amazing – there are so many individuals and roles involved to ensure Hubspot customers are successful (i.e., Sales Rep, Contract Manager, Consultant, etc.). However, if customers have questions about who those people are, or who to contact about what, there's nothing for them to reference in their Hubspot account. For example, in an ideal world – let's say a customer is interested in upgrading from Sales Hub Pro to Enterprise: In Hubspot, they'd click the Profile Image in the top right Select Account & Billing from the dropdown Click a Customer Success tab In the Customer Success window, they'd see a list of all the customer-facing roles associated with their account, like: Michael Scott michael.scott@hubspot.com | Schedule a Call Account Manager Dwight Schrute dwight.schrute@hubspot.com | Schedule a Call Sales Rep Oscar Martinez oscar.martinez@hubspot.com | Schedule a Call Contract Manager They'd see that Dwight Schrute is their Sales Rep and easily send an email or schedule a call to discuss upgrading While there are plenty of different ways customers can get this information, this approach would be a much easier and faster way for customers to direct their inquiries to the right person.
