Currently, the trigger is as follows: Meeting outcome is any of Completed and Activity created by is any of "Mary, James, John etc" Ideally, I would like to be able to set Activity Created by to a team instead of selecting individual users in every workflow. Can't use is known.

Create a % report or calc property. example: number of contacts that visited the website / number of total contacts = x % Currently not possible. Would like to do the same for so many other conversion steps...

Currently it is possible to integrate Hubspot into Dynamics 365 CRM (Embed HubSpot data into a Microsoft Dynamics 365 app). This is a great feature. To improve the feature it would be desirable that it is possible to customize the view (comparable to the customization within Hubspot itself)."

Hi I am surprised I could find another request for a general selection of Language preferences based on users location/preferences. Others have mentioned Blogs, Forms, CES Surveys, Websites however all of this would be resolved if there was an automatic setting based on location that sets language or is overwritten by a users preference. Currently we have to have a manual setting and numerous Pipelines based on language and this manual setting which is clearly open to human error.

Hi team! For recorded calls, customers can see how many % of the call involves an agent speaking with the prospect (and vice versa). It would be helpful to have this as a reporting property so that sales managers would be able to spot trends that would help in closing deals. Thank you!

Hi team, for now, the fallback email is fixed and non-editable once the account has been created. However, there will be times when companies switch domains. As such, ideally, we should also have a feature that would allow them to change the fallback email domain. Thank you!

Since Notes can be associated with Deals, it would be super cool to be able to add Notes to the Deals page view and export it. That extra detail added to a quick view/report is highly valuable to understand the context of what's happening with the Deal IRL.

We are getting smashed with a spam bot filling up our contact list, due to offline sources from API checking email validity. These contacts are not related to our business and creating frustration and confusion to our users. We created a workflow to delete users that came in via this method, but now the bot has been able to bypass the worklfow. The fix required is to allow reCaptcha on the provite content forms as we can currently do with standard landing pages and not as currently private content registration pages do not have this functionality.
