Everyday I am getting surprised by the nominal features that this CRM is only giving access to it. Why do social tools can only be connected for users having the professional package?   I love HubSpot and love working on it, but i am getting frustrated, is that all what I need to apply is only under the pro package.   I like to invite Hubspot to look into this, and really offer users under the starter packages with more features.   Thnks Ibrahim ...read more

The 'Export all email for selcted contacts' option is currently only availabe in the main Contacts view under Table Actions, Export View. Can we add this option to the Lists? Under Actions / Export. The Views and Lists are very similar but if I want to export Contacts from a custom List, I would like to include ALL emails as well.    Thank you. ...read more

I would like the contacts creation properties be mandatory regardless of avenue of creation. When the email BCC adds contacts, it only adds them with their email address and does not ask for the mandatory fields.   Right now I have set up an automatic task to be due immediately to fill in the mandatory information but people just fill in the first and last name and ignore the rest, hence, making the other things mandatory in the conventional contact creation. Maybe its just my team but if it isn't marked mandatory, it doesn't get filled in. When a company is imported by the domain or email address 3/4 of the time, the company's name import capitalized. I find it hard to believe that HubSpot is getting the data in that format; however, if it is, why not import the company name by capitalizing the first letter of each word? Hubspot has taken the step to make a/b testing in automated emails! However, the aftermath of that remains a bit tangled. I can't archive a specific version. It archives the whole a/b thing, not just the version!   Would LOVE a fix on that asap!! ...read more
