Currently, editing snippets, email templates and documents are only permitted for up to 5 (five) of each for any user who does not have a Paid Seat on the Sales Hub. In my organisation, the marketing team provide snippets, templates and documents to the sales team and up until recently I had a seat to do this. This seat was recently transferred over to a new team member and I have now lost permissions. As these elements are normally managed by the Marketing team - who don't necessarily need to track or log emails or utilise the features in the Sales subscription - it would be logical to enable access to snippets, templates and documents for selected users, regardless of their paid seat status. If there are a number of sales seats already enabled, access to upload these elements does not impinge on the commerciality of the Sales Hub subscription; it would be pointless to upload them if nobody could utilise them! I'd suggest that once a Sales Hub subscription is enabled and the number of snippets/templates/documents increases, that limit increases for users with access to Sales Permissions too.
