Other calendar tools I've used have allowed you to clone your own (or your colleagues') meeting links in order to create similar or identical links that might have different names or slightly different details, but everything else is the same.   For example, I have several different types of retention meetings with clients where my availability, the meeting lengths, the buffer periods, the messages, and other settings are mostly the same, but I want the meeting to have a different name on my calendar - should I really have to start from scratch to create an almost-but-not-quite identical meeting link?   AppointmentCore allows for this and I imagine others do as well. I prefer almost everything about HubSpot meetings to everything I've used before, but this is a pretty big drawback. Thanks! ... Mehr anzeigen

IMPORTANT: Not "Dependent Fields".   Please see Gravity Forms' conditional logic functionality for example: https://www.gravityforms.com/form-conditional-logic/   At present, HubSpot "Dependent Fields" can serve new form fields based on a selection made in a previous form field.    "Conditional Logic", however, serves different form field options based on a selection made in a previous form field. This is an important distinction as it requires only one "Property" for the options, regardless of the initial form field selection.   If I'm not clear, here's an example:   Property 1: Location Property 2: Duration   User selects from a Location dropdown. Location options are "Madrid" or "London".  We only offer "4 Weeks" and "6 Weeks" for "London", but offer "4 Weeks" or "12 Weeks" for "Madrid". "Dependent Fields" will serve Duration upon a Location selection, but all options will be shown, even though we do not offer all Duration options for both Locations.    HubSpot recommends we create a new "Property" for each Location. This is not feasible when there are many Locations.   "Conditional Logic" simply serves the appropriate form field options based on the Location selected. So when selecting "London" the options shown would be "4 Weeks" and "6 Weeks", and for "Madrid" only "4 Weeks" or "12 Weeks" would be shown, but they would all populate the same "Property". Our Shopify integration currently creates product listings in the Product Library. However, Shopify products cannot be added to deals created in HubSpot that are not syncing to Shopify. Only deals that were created by the Shopify integration can be associated with Shopify products. This applies to products synced over from other ecommerce integrations as well.   If you see value in being able to do this, please upvote and comment below with details on the use case you have for doing this in addition to the Shopify orders sync! ... I just went to add an image into a social media post and noticed that the image editor has completely changed. Instead of having all of the functionality that we used to have, we now can only crop and resize (and that doesn't work all that well).   Will a new image editor be available with more functionality? After collecting a visitors email address within a chat conversation, it would be great if the system could send a notification to that visitor when an agent replies, so they know that their conversation is being actioned and are able to follow up themselves.   This would allow for better customer relationships, as at the moment it may seem they have been ignored if an agent were only to reply to the conversation rather than starting an email chain with the visitor. ... It would be good to be able to set required deal stages for a pipeline. For example; a pipeline for 'New business' (prosects that are not yet customers), it would be good to force the sales team to add a deal at the first stage then have to progress it through every stage until won/lost. I posted over on the HubSpot community asking about being able to see page views on knowledge base pages with a view to using them on sites like Google Analytics and Facebook for the purposes of user engagement and then remarketing purposes.   So, an example if someone has seen 3 knowledge base articles on topic X add them to an audience and upload audience to Facebook for targeting, lookalike audience or exclusion purposes.   One of the community managers said that was not currently a feature of knowledge base pages but I think it would make perfect sense to have external script capabilities, as we can can with landing pages or web pages.     ...
