I need a workflow to create a task and assign it to the object owner only if one does not exist. Currently conditions require selecting specific users.   It should be possible to select either a dynamic value called "Owner". To take it further you could also allow selecting Deal Owner, Contact Owner or Company Owner. In outlook I have several email accounts, a mix of business and personal. It looks like there is currently no option to disable email tracking from specific email accounts (for instance the personal accounts). The only option I can see is that to disable tracking for emails sent to specific recipients which isn't particularly useful in this instance.  ...read more

If a 'subscriber' gets added to a sequence their Lifecycle Stage automatically changes to 'lead' (HubSpot made this change June/July 2020 timeframe). Becuase of my outbound prosecting process this does not work for us. We want the stage to remain at 'subscriber' until the contact truly engages with us — fills in a form, sets a meeting, replies to an email.   My lead reporting is currently falsely overinflated because of this, so I don't have an accurate view into my demand funnel. I would imagine any company that is heavy on outbound prospecting is in the same boat.   I would love for HubSpot to provide a way to choose whether we want Sequences to automatically trigger the Lifecycle Stage to change to Lead or not. ...read more

I would like to be able to look at the Property list and know if a Connected App created specific Properties. Currently, it just shows the name of the Admin that installed the App. If there are many Apps installed, it can be difficult to know which Properties go with each App. Especially when you remove an App - it doesn't remove the associated Properties. Being able to go into the Property list, sort on the App that created it, and then remove those Properties that are no longer needed would be a big help. ...read more

Hi,    It would be really helpful if you offered a feature that could notify specific people at a company when their specific company name is tagged on their connected social sites.
