We use custom contact properties to represent different stages in our sales process.   It would be very helpful if funnel reports could work for custom contact properties so we can understand conversion rates during the sales process.   We rely heavily on a custom lead status contact property that tracks the entire sales process and unfortunately many reports don't support our process which means we have to export and manually create reports in excel.  ...read more

A great feature would be an addable field for abandoned cart emails that shows the customer's cart contents and/or a link back to their abandoned cart. Hello, is it possible in the next update to include a minimization arrow on the right side of the screen? It is very inconvenient for companies working without this column, as it reduces the size of the main workspace.
