Mi petición es poder crear workflows que permitan automatizar el proceso de detectar reconversiones teniendo en cuenta solo los días y no los minutos, es decir, si un contacto se descarga un formulario hoy, que no se considere una reconversión hasta dentro de 7 días. Si a partir de estos 7 días posteriores se vuelve a descargar algo, entonces si lo consideraremos una reconversión.   Después de hacer varias pruebas, hemos visto que ninguna de ellas funciona para poder hacer este tipo de automatización en HubSpot, ya que se tiene en cuenta los minutos, por lo que si un contacto se descarga un contenido a las 11:49 y después otro contenido diferente a las 11:50, ya se registra como una reconversión y nosotros lo que queremos es que este contacto, aunque se descargue más de un contenido en un momento concreto, solo se considere como reconversión si después de 7 días se vuelve a descargar algo.   Gracias, ...read more

I do not see an option that would allow us to block the users from filling out the form based on the old submissions. I need to restrict users from submitting multiple forms.   Allow the dependency field to allow more than one restriction and to also restrict submission based on the dependency field. what Hubspot does is that people are still able to fill out the form, I do think this is a good idea, the form should close based on the dependency field and not allow people to complete it, somehow restricting them from continuation. ...read more

Hey,  We are a SaaS company. When selling to a new customer, it always require at least two services to get started. Our customers have on average 5 different and 3 similar services which in our HubSpot world uses Line Item for. Exampel: [Deal Name] Line item #1 - 3 services purchased Line item #2 - 3 services purchased Line item #3 - 1 service purchased Our churn rate is measured on the products i.e. line item. If there is a churn on example #1 Line item. The customer only wants two service instead of three as in the example above. If there is such a change, we manually go in and change/remove the line item in that deal. From here we want to start an automated process. Example of how we would like it to work: Step 1: The part of the termination is put into a new Deal Stage, tentatively called Churn. So now we have a new deal with a termination on the customer card that is in the deal stage Churn. If its a full cancellation of all service we just manually moves it to the Churn-stage.  Step 2: Automatically sends out a confirmation in an email to the customer that the cancellation is approved/completed/processed. Step 3: Sends an email/information that there has been a termination to the responsible person internally. The email that goes to the responsible person should at least contain [deal name], [line item], [amount].   Now I have only talked about churn. For upsales, we just create a new deal and have a flow for that. We don't know what the best practice is for this. Right now if X objects are enrolled then a workflow will execute them in parallel.    Sometimes we may need more control, or at least to use a queue and execute each object in sync, one after another. It's possible that the outcome of one workflow run would change the next.   For example is two objects update the same contact record, we have no way to tell which object would update because it would be whatever object that executed last would have the last update.   If we have custom code that, for example, searches for an existing contact and creates one if not found. Hi team,   I think it would be a great upgrade to the Airtable Data Sync to support formula fields, lookup fields etc.   A first version could be as simple as considering all formula fields as strings and then allowing me to choose the format (or get it from Airtable) as a second step.   In our case, we have formula fields to turn customer IDs into Shopify URLs, so we can faster access the customer when we have support tickets.
