Currently you cannot specify which sales persons avatars show for chat on site. It would be useful to have the ability to chose whose headshots show or the option to just have a single person's headshot show (i.e. VP of Sales).

Hello, To comply with GDPR, we need to link to our Privacy Policy when we display the "Consent to process data" in our Messages widget. The ability to add a link in this field is currently missing. Thanks!

When a chat is reassigned to another user, this event thos not show-up in the chat. Therefore the customer does not know he is beeing reassigned. Also in slack there is no trace of the reassignment, so people get easily confused of who is now actually chatting... There should be an event inserted into the chat-transcript when a chat is reassigned, for everyone to see. SnapEngage did handle chat reassignment very well.

It seems that the intro text is showing up twice when a chat is initiated. Would be nice not to have it show twice to make it look like we are being extra needy on the chat line. (see image)

For users who have two Hubspot accounts and try to transfer existing templates (blog, email, landing page) to a new account, the function to multi-select is a MUST. Hubspot use to have this feature, as indicated in this instruction; but now it is not enabled in the beta version of design manager. Please bring this function back.

So I am beginning to use the Mobile App more and more, and have found it challenging to navigate from a contact record to the company record. Does anyone else have this challenge? Is it just me? I feel like you should be able to go to the company record from the contact.
