th The ability to tag others on reports and dashbaords is huge-- the more I use the feature the more I wish that comments tagged on repots showed up in a tab next to the "About" Section.    I feel like if it were integrated there, executives would be much more likely to use it. the little Orange bubble is seldom clicked or responded to. . . and is not really the best format to have threaded discussion. There needs to be some improvements made to the HubSpot scoring feature. It's been a major painpoint for me over the last few years I've used HubSpot and they've made no updates. Changing a lead scoring criteria will retroactively update all your records. There needs to be a way where if you change it, it can be applied for after that point in time like how workflows are set up. Can’t set or clear scores through any automation or workflow. Can’t see the lead score history and what causes a lead's individual value to change over time. Only admins can see that in the settings but a sales rep should be understand how they receive a score. Can't score on conversation engagement. There's no company-based scoring feature. This would be great for organization's who use ABM. ...read more

Hey! The advanced Calculation Formula @shajones  has been one of the best updates to our CRM this year (2023).    Another massive update to Hub this year has been Same object associations. (Currently in the association beta @rwebb1 helped release). Also a one of the most impactful releases.    As we shift to a 2+ companies>company association pattern to track partner re-selling. Reporting on which companies are running as part of x network gets a little messy. While a company may be tagged as a customer-- we want to report on which parent company they are partnered through.    Example:  Child Company (Running as part of Parent B's Agreement) Parent A (Has Active Partner Agreement) Parent B (Has Active Partner Agreement)** Parent C (Not Active Partner)   Problem: We need a way to report that the child is running through Parent  B and NOT Parent A or C.    While having a separate association label would potentially solve for this. . . we have some unique identifiers that already contain this information.    It would be really handy if we could roll-up data not only using association labels but also using matching property values between objects.    ie we have a unique ID in our system called Company ID (which unfortunately is type string w letters, otherwise we could use a workaround with adv calculations).    Both the active parent and child company will have matching Company ID's.    Essentially, if we could perform a simple check before rolling-data up or down: if(parent.company_id == child.company_id, rollup, exclude) Thanks for the awesome feature releases. It would be great to have a filter option for workflows that check combinations of filter criteria. I am working on a workflow which sends out emails based on the various program options we offer. Each program option triggers a different email with specific content. If they choose more than one option tho, I would like to send out an email for people who are "indecisive". Currently that doesn't work becausd that includes many different combinations. Perhaps that would be a good idea. ...read more

We would like to capture the unique number of how many times our leads/clients have opened the emails sent by the sales team. Now I am aware that I can get the number of sales emails opened through the custom report builder, but that seems to capture all the times an email has been opened, even if it is the same email. So, we have duplicates in our report. I am hoping we can have something like the marketing emails tool which shows the unique number we seek and the click-through rate. We want this data because we are trying to analyze our outbound sales performance and improve upon it. I would love to see a feature implemented where, in our case, we have signatures being pushed by google workspace (admin) integration  and would love for the users signature to be stamped into the activity notes/EMAIL -where as NOW signatures are not being stamped/recorded into emails/activity.  ...read more

My suggestion is to make it possible to create reports from meeting associations. I currently have a limitation in the tool that prevents me from evaluating certain meetings exactly as my sales time has done. Today, it is not possible to issue reports through meeting attendances. So if my SDR schedules a meeting for a salesperson, they can only view our reports on the SDRS record amount, not including the salesperson's attendance. To get around this, my sales schedule has to record the same meeting so that it is possible to compute on its behalf and with that I have the total number of duplicate meetings.   Atualmente eu possuo uma limitação na ferramenta que me impede de avaliar quantas reuniões exatas o meu time de vendas tem feito. Hoje, não é possível emitir relatórios através de participações de reuniões. De modo que se o meu SDR agendar uma reunião para um vendedor, só é possível vizualizar nos relatórios a quantidade de registro dos SDRS, não incluindo a participação do vendedor. Para contornar isso, meu time de vendas tem que registrar a mesma reunião para que seja possível computar em seu nome e com isso eu tenho o número total de reuniões duplicadas.
