It would be great to see when someone else is working on a draft  marketing email so that you aren't working on something at the same time and override someone else's work. Or even better, allow for changes to be made by more than one person at a time. Right now, you have to hit refresh on the browser for someone else's changes to be seen. Within an email from a client that is sent to our support email the url that they embed is shortened by Hubspot. This is inconvenient when you work in the tech field where the entire url including the query string is necessary. With Hubspot shortening these urls with no way to turn it off is not helpful for us while trying to assist a client to the best of our ability. Currently, you are able to control who has access on editing deals and contacts. I have set it that only the owner and super admin can edit a deal/contact. So when I go into a deal that isn't my own, I am not able to change the info. However, I CAN associate that deal that I don't own to a company I don't own.  My suggested feature is to prevent someone who doesn't own a deal from associating the deal with a company or contact that they don't own. This would be for a standard user as they will be the ones that the restrictions are placed on. So as you can set who can view/edit/ or delete a company/deal/contact, you can also set who can do associations of these things. ...read more
