Hi, Currently, the company reviews in a company's solutions directory page cannot be accessed / pulled via the CMS API. I currently cannot find a way to pull these reviews so it would ease the process to be able to access them via an API. The duplicate tool is generating a wide variety of matches: some with matching name, email domain and phone number, and some with a very weak name match alone, for instance. It would be highly desirable to configure a threshold of similarity, or conversely confidence, for a suspected duplicate to be added to the list. Right now the issue is that we get notified of new duplicates and most of them simply just aren't real matches and we have to reject them, which is an extra step. We are re-sellers of product and have negotiated rates from our suppliers.  We do not work off of commission persay.  We buy the product at a discount and resell it for our "margin".     I want to be able to create an order from the Deal using my UNIT COST.   Currently in the template, all I can do is add the UNIT PRICE for the total which is fine for quoting and invoicing our customer.  However, we cannot create an order for our supplier from us using the templates as the template will not show TOTAL UNIT COSTS with QTY.  I have created a customized token as well to use, but that does not take into account the QTY on the PO or additional line items.   There should be a way to simply TOTAL UNIT COST on the "customized quote template".   ...read more

Currently when you assign a co-signer from within your available pool of users they have to go through this arduous process to accept the quote.  I'd like to see in a future release co-signers can do it from within HubSpot or get a push verification through the Hubspot app.  This is very cumbersome for our President who has to co-sign all new agreements.   ...read more

The sales team in our business have to go out and assess a customer before we can bring them into our service.    I therefore report on their conversion rates from assessment > signed up, and assessment > lost. It's not as simple as analysing their conversion rates from deal created > won/lost.   On HubSpot, the best way of visualising this in a report is not by using a funnel, but by using a bar/column chart and showing all the deals (that have had an assessment) that are in the closed won stage vs all the deals in the closed lost stage. This removes any open deals not yet assessed/decided, but it also shows the won vs lost in the same chart, so it works well for us.   However, I then take that data and put it into an Excel spreadsheet so that I can add in last year's rate for a comparison, as well as the target percentage. I can then produce a combo chart that shows the current conversion rate on bars, plus a line with markers for last year, and a solid line for the target.    It works and gives us exactly what I need, but ideally I want to create this in HubSpot as it would save me time manipulating data in Excel. From what I can see, and having spoken with support, HubSpot custom reports will only report on actual properties, not manually entered data/numbers like a target. And even if it did, I still can't see a way of producing a combo chart like I can in Excel.    Help me HubSpot, I want to get rid of spreadsheets! ...read more

Hi HubSpot Team,   In the dashboard section of HubSpot, we have the ability to choose which dashboard to look at via the dropdown -- that's great. Currently, there are 3 sections (Recent / My / Other Dashboards). In the 'Other Dashboards' section, can we sort the dashboards I have favorited at the top, and then by alpha sort?   I frequently forget their names and have to being scrolling through all the dashboards we have at our company.   Thanks!   Greg ...read more
