After building out several dashboards on Data Studio and I discovered that we weren't able to filter pages by sources or source drill-downs.    Supermetrics support told us that the underlying API doesn't allow cross filtering between these two fields/components.   Will these fields be compatible any time in the future? ...read more

I'd like to be able to track my contact's or account's lead score over time. Ex: How has this person's lead score changed since they've been enrolled in this workflow?   Similarly to how you can compare social media metrics month over month or by various date ranges, it'd be helpful to track lead scores over time.   I'm setting metrics for my team, and as we have just implemented our new lead scoring system, I'd like to be able to compare how our contact's lead score is changing over time as they've been enrolled in various workflows, campaigns, etc. There is currently no way to track that increase in engagement. ...read more

Currently, I am working to track "loyalty, engagement, and effort" of my customers through the use of Tickets. To create a report with other basic data that is needed from the Contacts module I need to create multiple complicated workflows to get a count of ticket data over to the contact module.   It would be very helpful to be able to have contacts read the "count of tickets" and to be able to filter this data by the ticket status within any given report. ...read more

In planning and executing topic clusters, much time and thought is put into developing the cluster and gradually adding URLs to the SEO/Topic Cluster tool in HubSpot for tracking purposes.   Sometimes we might want to use a visit to a topic cluster to enroll someone in a Workflow, or to add them to an audience in the Ads tool. This could be done if Topic Clusters were an option in the Active Lists filter criteria.   It might be good to select criteria based on: viewed topic cluster ____ acquired by topic cluster ____ last converted by topic cluster ____ has not viewed/converted by topic cluster ____   One use case might be the need to retarget someone who viewed a blog post included in a topic cluster on Facebook with other content in that cluster, or inviting them to download a ebook or other gated resource. Similiarly, we might want to deliver content via email based on topic cluster influence, or update a possible product interest based on content viewed.   Currently this in not possible.  The workaround is to add each URL to the list criteria, URL by URL, duplicating the work already done in the Topic Cluster tool. It would be great if, when you've sent a marketing email, you could see the excluded lists as well as the included lists so you know you've definitely added the exclude list(s).    This is alleviate any panic and cancellation of the email you've just sent to make sure. It's definitely on me rather than HubSpot, as I should be double checking anyway. But I always doubt myself when sending to a lot of people so having something to alleviate that doubt at that point would be lovely.  ...read more

Assuming a deal is on stage A, one of my users needs to manually create a Task for that Deal (create a Task, wait until the due date, then complete the Task and then create a new Task, then wait to the due date and complete that task, then create new Task ...) In theory it will take place indefinitely as long as the Deal is still in stage A. But when that deal moves to stage B or another stage, the user won't need to create the new Task again. I know that with a finite process of Tasks, the best way is to create a workflow to create Tasks automatically. And I've also created many such workflows in the past for finite Tasks. However, since Hubspot currently has no way to create infinite Tasks, I have to let my users create Tasks manually. The important thing here is that I want to manage my users to make sure they have created this type of Task fully. For example, when they finish an old Task, and the Deal is still on stage A, asuming that they don't create a new Task, I want there is a way for me to easily check it, or there is a way for me to create a workflow that will notify me every time they do not create a new Task after completing the old Task. I have been chatting with Hubspot support about these issues, and obviously, Hubspot doesn't offer features like this right now.
