As per best practices (https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/guide-to-updating-republishing-blogging-content-ht), we periodically revamp/update old blogs and republish with a new publish date. We use the Hubspot feature that automatically generates a new monthly blog digest to our subscribers for all blogs posted in the previous month; however, any republished blogs don't appear (so I feel it's a missed opportunity to re-communicate).  As per the link above, it's recommended to manually email subscribers with new update; however, I would prefer if there was a field or option we can 'check' when we change the publish date to indicate that we want the revised blog to appear in the digest (vs having to do it manually). Our Support team is struggling with the fact that we often have tickets that actually consist of two separate issues, or customers who 6 months after a ticket has been closed decide to just reply to that particular ticket to ask a -totally unrelated- question. This reopens the ticket, which can obviously be closed again, but the part with the new ticket should now be copied to a new ticket.   So I think it would be nice if you could be able to somewhere in the email thread you can split off into a new ticket. ...read more

I've contacted support and not found this, but since someone hasn't asked before I'm thinking maybe I missed something.    Sales Team members need to be able to filter by read and unread emails within Hubspot. This is something our team is used to in gmail and regardless needs to be a feature so we can see what has been looked at - it is not always necessary to respond to emails immediately or at all. So if you @mention a Hubspot user you have to do this for each individual user- no way to mention a group of users if you find yourself typing multiple names over again.   I thought I could create this witin a snippet so I could #Group and then all the names within the snippet would populate as a mention - problem being the snippets don't utilise the mention capability.   Could this be done? When testing a WorkFlow using the 'Test* button you are not able to 'Act out' different scenarios to see of your different actions/components of the WorkFlow is working as intended.  To test this, I have enrolled test-subjects/contact from fictional contacts to make sure everything is okay. After I have done my testing, these actions should not be part of the WorkFlow. But I am not able to delete my history in the WorkFlow.  Only option is to create a copy and delete this workflow.  Suggestion:  1. Be able to delete history or contact(+ actions) to take out testing analysis of the WorkFlow performance.  2. This is to suggest a Hubspot property in the CRM that can record the Lead Score of a Contact when it converted into a paying customer.    Such a property can prove to be useful when trying to assess the optimum score a contact needs to achieve to crack a deal. It can also help Marketing understand the amount of content that should be shared, the number of emails that need to be sent, etc. It can help align Marketing nurture and Sales follow-up efforts based on historical data.  ...read more

It would be great to have a 'selective' double opt-in feature in HubSpot.   Currently, it is only possible to disable double opt-in for certain pages created in HubSpot. But when creating new contacts in other ways (e.g. via the API), it is not possible.   This is an issue for us, because we use the API to sync contacts who register through our website. When they register, we effectively send them a double opt-in email already as part of the registration process. Now, with double opt-in enabled in HubSpot, they get two emails.   It would be great if double opt-in could be disabled in more scenarios, such as: When certain conditions are met, e.g. a particular field in HubSpot in filled Disable it for certain subscription types Disable it for certain forms ...read more
