I've been testing ChatSpot since early this year and have found it a little underwhelming. Specifically, I was testing it with the idea of allowing our account managers to see public domain feeds on companies, contacts and relationships they're managing. A few examples: Company news Company PR Mergers & Acquisitions C-level executive changes I don't want them inundated with noise but the examples above fit in the notion of how ChatSpot would benefit our teams. The other issue at hand, while we are based in Bangalore with offices in Dubai and San Jose, our Portal accounts are tied to our home office in India. I believe this means we are on HubSpot's EU cloud, so another issue. Should not be this way but we have to live with how HubSpot delivers their platform/service to the cloud. To net this out, it would be nice to hear from others with practical use case experience who can speak to benefits derived when leveraging ChatSpot in their production environments. Thanks, Mike
