For each marketing email we create with "Contact Owner" personalization, it would be great in the email "Settings" or "Send" tab to have simple boolean checkboxes that allow Admin to easily set up the marketing email to trigger automatic notifications to the "Contact Owner." Such notifications would include: 1. Opens (each time), 2. I sometimes receive multiple sales tasks from users who on our website book a demo on more than one occassion.  I think it would be great if HS could only allow a contact to book a meeting(demo) once rather than multiple times to avoid the build up of tasks. ... Mostrar más

Hallo! Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wenn ich zu mehren Deals für einen Agent Aufgaben erstelle, dass dann das Unternehmen und der Kontakt (für diesen Deal) auch mit einbezogen wird. Das ist bis jetzt leider nicht so. Ich kann zwar Deals gesammelt zuweisen und dann dazu auch gesammelt Aufgaben für einen Agent erstellen, aber muss dann in jede einzelne Aufgabe und den Kontakt zum Deal mitverknüpfen! When you go into Account & Billing > Usage & Limits. The graph you see there which shows your Marketing Contact Growth (Your contacts usage over time) for the past 30 days. I would like to see this graph and pick the dates - ie "All Time".   It would be good to see this graph to monitor and forecast how much your marketing contact list is growing over time.   You cannot create the report in the reporting section as the field for the date the marketing contact status was given does not exist.    The x axis should be date The y axis should be no of marketing contacts   Including the limit you are currently set to, as a line, would be beneficial. (Just like how it appears in Account & Billing).   I did speak to support, but the only workaround would be to create a workflow to add a date to the contact when their status is changed to "Marketing Contact", but this means no data will show for the months previous to you starting this workflow.    I have hopefully explained this well, open to suggestions to make it better too!  ... It would be really great if I could insert one or more hyperlinks into a custom text field. The sweet GoTo icon is nice and would link to the first URL in my text. But I can't add another link and the text is not readable with long URL strings. <b>Go <a href="www.google.de">to Google</a> or go <a href="www.yahoo.com">to Yahoo</a> if you want.</b> Go to Google or go to Yahoo if you want.   My case is that my deal will be connected to one or more contracts inside our ERP system and I would add the links to the deal via API.
