Background - we do a lot of revigin prospects and clients marketing engagements with our sales team, and assign follow up tasks for people where appropriate. At the moment, this is quote cumbersome to do in a consistent manner - to make sure tasks have the same title strcuture, so we can easilty track effectiveness. One thing that would be really useful is the ability to create shortcut buttons. These could be set up to create a task using preset titles, it could be to add contacts to a particular list, or to trigger a workflow. It would allow us to customise some of the most frequent actions that we take on records, all with one click
