Hi, can you able to add the representative name or thier short initial underneath the inblox list , where we see customer name and their short message ? this needs to be addes into closed ticket inbox queue also into Oldest queue. We used Zipwhip also where you may see represntative name customer will respond back and any staff member already approched them in the begining. This will help us, instead to click on the each message and see who is assignee. When you get 100+ message back in one minute and you have team of 10+ staff members working on the same inbox queue. Perticular staff member will open perticular message which he/she responded before, thats how we would be able to devide work without clicking each message and find their customers with whom they already spoken before.
