In order to find the optimum time to send communications, list adverts etc. It would be helpful to see the exact time of day a new contact has entered the 1st deal stage in a sales pipeline.   We could then create a report which displays this over a custom date range, using the labels:   Count of contacts  Time of day   We could then break this down further to work out what time of day high quality leads (who have become customers) have tended to access our website pages/content/forms, using the filter:   Entered X deal stage (X being the deal stage which represents a lead becoming a customer)   Thanks!   ...read more

Hello HubSpot Team, I am an email template developer and I have a lot of experience with email design and with different email marketing tools. HubSpot is the first tool I deal with that has limitations and restrictions on how to code email templates with drag and drop areas. So it would be really useful if you give developers the opportunity to code email templates with drag and drop areas from scratch. Right now the only possibility in the editor is to choose one of the HubSpot ready-to-go templates and to work with it. Which is not really the best choice for an email template developer. I need to add partners of CVompanies I add into Hubspot CRM. I would also like to rebe able to repotrt on these as well. Example. I add a Company called MarketFacilitators. They have 3 partner companies  P1 P2 and P3. I would like to se who else has P3 as a partner in my database. is there any way to export the property history (the changes that I see from within the contact record/history) or do I have to just scroll page to page; could I at least sort or filter or *even better* plot on a timeline 🙂 I want to visualize the customer journey and have a hard time doing so in Hubspot despite knowing the data is there.  ...read more

The Boomerang feature for emails has been MASSIVELY helpful to our team. https://www.boomerangapp.com/   It essentially helps with scheduling emails to be sent back to you at a specific date & time (so it acts as a reminder) under certain conditions.    You can add the rule of 'if the contact does not reply' to then to remind you only then and 'if the contact DOES resply' remove the task or the email from sending back.    So I am wondering if this can be implemented in your TASKS feature in the emails:  So if a contact does reply > mark the task as complete > and if they dont leave it uncompleted. ...read more

Within Traffic analytics - Pages I'd like to see columns for MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities that our pages have generated. Just like in Ads dashboard we can see those columns, we should also see them in Pages since inbound driven companies need reports on their content performance.   There's no other way to analyze content if it's being hosted on Wordpress, there's no report that can extrapolate all the pages tracked by Hubspot, only within lists and that is done per page.   Please add those columns asap!!! ...read more
