I've been setting up a testing portal and importing properties from another CRM into some custom-made HubSpot ones. We had someone flag our property "CRM Company ID" as not coming over properly to the HubSpot one.   I'd like to be able to "audit" the import without re-importing it. I'm thinking of some functionality that would allow you to see the property mapping UI even after the import is done like the error file download. Suggesting: show your upcoming tasks from sequences + the general tasks to have an overview of how many tasks you will get in the upcoming days.   For example, I enroll today 10 contacts in my sequence, and let us say I can do an average of 20 tasks a day. Then I want to see in my task overview how many tasks I will get tomorrow and the day after tomorrow to calculate if I can handle them or I can get some extra tasks. We have a number of workflows that are tested and work with our marketing automation.   We now want to use the workflows with our Deals. The Deals workflow cannot enroll a user directly into the workflow. I can only enroll into existing Deals workflow and not the existing Marketing workflows.   Please make it possible to enroll any contact into existing workflows. ...read more

Currently when an email is sent out via the ticket record, it opens a new conversation thread in the conversations inbox for that ticket. However, this can lead to a ticket having multiple emails in the conversation inbox.    It'd be great if there was a setting where if emails were sent out via the ticket record, this would attach this conversation to already existing conversations in the conversations inbox instead of creating additional duplicate conversations. ...read more

Now you can sort all static lists by Last Updated date. It would very usefull to sort also the Static List by Creation Date! These Creation dates are only available when you click on a Static List. There is no collumn to sort on it. ...read more

Hi there, using Hubspot CRM is experiencing several technical bugs and issues.  Known issues reported to Hubspot technical and support team (over 120+ days ago), please help fix:   ISSUES When using Hubspot CRM on Safari browser, and clicking on a link or email to resend/forward to reply, the link opens to a new tab and offers not option to actually email.  This is making Hubspot CRM emailing function redundant until such time it is fixed.   Do not want to use Chrome as, its iOS worst enemy and has several issues itself.    Hubspot support team are chasing development team without any resolution.     Can get an update when these issues will be fixed?   Thanks hubspot team.  ...read more
