Hello, We are using the contact timeline embed in our Dynamics 365 CRM. By default, for all our CRM users, all filters are checked in (screenshot below), which - for our usage - makes the timeline view difficult to read and analyze. Indeed, each sales need to manually edit the filters in order to customize the timeline and thus only display the activity we find interesting. While it doesn't seem to be a big issue, when we ask over 50 sales rep to perform the action, it can be cumbersome. If possible, it would be nice to be able to customize the filters as an admin.
