Hi Community, This idea is to create a YES/NO property which determines whether an open deal has an open task assigned to it. It would allow the Sales team to better track their Deals. The purpose is to ensure open deals are being followed up and don't get lost. Ideally it would force all deals to have an open task until closed.

Would love for deal based workflows to include internal SMS sent to deal owner or HubSpot user dynamically. There is currently only a coice to send internal SMS to a specific user or phone number. When our sales agents are assigned leads, it would be nice to send out an SMS alert in addition to email to the HubSpot user/deal owner specified in the Deal record automatically.

A really helpful tool would be competitor analysis. Currently, it seems LinkedIn is the only native platform to offer some sort of competitor analysis. It would be really great to have a function that allows you to track selected competitors across all connected platforms.

Hi Can you please add support for danish number and date format? DD/MM/YYYY - 1.000,00 If I use the German I get the correct format but with German month names. That's not very useful.

It would be useful to be able to manage the way ticket are named. Especially when the tickets are automatically created with Conversations. For instance, an user could set the Ticket name to be : Email subject + Contact Name and Company. As the number of tickets increases, this will help to prioritize and manage them.

Once you sell an item to a customer, you should be able to add that product to a registered products section along with a serial number so the sales team know which company has which products before they contact that customer. This would also help massively with MA and sending rules.

We track deals with products in Hubspot and have noticed there is no way to set products to extend longer than three years. When we have deals signed for four years or longer, there is no way to set up the deal and its products appropriately in HubSpot. We would like to be able to edit the length of the contract so that it can extend for as many years as the deal we've made. That would make it much easier for us to track deals, renewals, and invoicing.

I could really use the ability to import tasks into the CRM and to create tasks to be recurring. This would allow our team manager to set up the tasks for projects that happen on a regular basis and monitor progress to make sure things don't get dropped.

On the lists I create in HubSpot, I'd like to be able to use filters relative to each other. For example, "First Conversion Date" IS EQUAL TO "Create Date." A filter like this would allow me to filter out existing leads from a list where I only want to capture new leads who have converted on a particular asset.

Please could we have the ability to set goals against LifeCycle stages, for example MQL's, since we are targetted on how many we generate and it would be fantastic to be able to see reports against this target. Also, the sales team are also targeted on SQLs and Opps so being able to apply this to all stages would be fantastic
